Currently, people living in modern cities, especially metropolitan areas, have become slaves to fast-paced lifestyle with continuous stress and exhaustion saturated in their daily life. Consequently, their emotional bonds with families seem to be diluted by this kind of phenomenon, especially in terms of family gathering.
Family gathering, in other words, is a memorable occasion when family members get together to have a lavish dinner or gossip with each other, which can help strengthen family ties.It is an inseparable part of family activities, therefore, whatsoever the case, it should be given top priority.
In order to better the quality of our family life and make family members live more happily, we exert strenuous efforts on our study and work. In this way, family gathering would be the last thing we should neglect despite heavy pressure from our work and study.
In conclusion, we should be family-gathering conscious and family gathering as a custom should be promoted without limits to national boundaries.

I and some of my classmates in primary school had a reunionin our English teacher Miss Wangs home on Middle Autumn Day.
Miss Wang have taught us for 6 years,in our mind,she is our mother.All my best friend in primary school joined the meeting.Li Ming was fatter than before,Wang Hua was as black as usual,Liu Yan was a little taller ,and Chen Yuan was more beautiful than before.All of us are getting well with our new teachers and classmates.Then we made a big dinner together. Miss Wang is a brilliant cook who can make delicious foods. We all ate much. After dinner, we watched TV for a while and then we went home.

Family means so much for me， I have a big family， because my mother and my father have many brothers and sisters. Living in the big family， I feel the love all the time， we care for each other. Every week， my family will have a gathering， we will do some activities， so that we can keep in touch closely.
It is important to keep in touch with the family members. Since we are busy with our own business in usual， so if we don’t make the appointment， there is no way for us to meet. My family members keep the tradition to have the gathering every weekend. Sometimes we will have the big dinner， sometimes we will have the barbecue. These activities help us to keep the close relationship. We share our opinion， the parents are talking about their work stuff and the kids are playing happily.
Family gathering is a good way to keep in touch with each other. I enjoy the moment when all of us meet in a place. Communication helps us to solve the problem of isolation.

Last weekend,I was so happy because our family had a big meeting.That was having a barbecue in the park.As the family members havent got together for a long time,my father decided to get everybody united and there came a lot of relatives.We were taking a visit to the park and l played games with my cousins while the parents were busy doing the barbecue.After a while,we went to participate in grown-upsactivities.
During lunch time,fathers were talking about the business matters,while mothers were talking about both the children and their daily life.Our family was so harmonious that we shared things together and helped each other.I spent a very wonderful time with my family.l like this activity so much and I wish my family can have more time to be together.
