　　in my view， without diligence， willpower and continual efforts， opportunities are groundless talk。 to be qualified for success， people should be equipped with necessary skills， rich experience and abundant knowledge besides numerous unusual qualities。 in a word， opportunities are only catalyst of success， but not precondition of success。
