My View on Job-Hopping
Some people tend to stick to their positions all the time, as they think the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one will be at it. Some have been teachers all their lives. Some devote their life energy to scientific research. Such people love their work and turn out to be specialists in their own field. They are usually high achievers.
Some are different. They are in the habit of job-hopping, for they always pursue (follow) what is new and stimulating (interesting). They never seem content with their present situation. Some like to meet more people, make more money and new acquaintances, so they hop from job to job.
As far as I am concerned, I want to be professionally strong. I am not in favor of constant job-hopping, as the saying goes “Jack of all trades, master of none”. But I want to cooperate and communicate with someone else so as to be more creative and less partial.

一些人堅(jiān)持自己的立場(chǎng)的時(shí)候，他們認(rèn)為時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)中的一個(gè)特定領(lǐng)域的作品，更多的人會(huì)熟練它。有些人被老師所有的生命。一些貢獻(xiàn)自己的科研生命能量。這樣的人熱愛(ài)自己的工作，并最終被證明在自己領(lǐng)域的專(zhuān)家。他們通常是高成就。

至于我本人而言，我想成為專(zhuān)業(yè)強(qiáng)。我不是在不斷跳槽了贊成票，因?yàn)樗自?huà)說(shuō)“人不可貌相，不精。”但我想與人合作和溝通，否則，以更多的創(chuàng)造性，少部分。
