      1.積極的自我暗示

      在面試前,面試者習慣于敘述一些自身的事情。這些敘述通常是講給別人聽的,然而卻無意中在暗示著自己。面試焦慮者的敘述常常是消極的,他習慣對別人講“我可能通不過面試”,“我缺乏應變能力,我恐怕難以對付面試中的應變題”,“我表達能力不夠好”等等。這些消極的暗示會破壞良好的心境,分散注意力,降低面試者的自信,將會把面試者引入胡思亂想之中,致使面試者無法在面試中發揮自己的正常水平,其面試結果不幸被面試者的消極暗示所言中。相反,假如能對自己進行積極的暗示,面試者就會充滿自信,心境悠然,注意力集中,思維敏捷,以致在面試中積極地表現自我,面試結果也會常常被自己的積極暗示所言中。因此,面試者必須習慣于多給自己積極的評價,必須學會去積極地自我暗示。當然,積極的自我暗示并不是盲目樂觀,脫離現實,以空幻美妙的想象來代替現實,而是客觀、理性地看待自己,并對自己有積極的期待。

      2.利用“系統脫敏法”,消除過度焦慮

      所謂的“系統脫敏法”是通過一系列的步驟,逐漸訓練個體的心理平衡能力,增強心理適應能力,從而消除敏感反應,保持身心的平衡狀態。

      面試焦慮的系統脫敏可以這樣進行:第一步,認真反思自己的情況,依程度輕重將引起面試焦慮的情境排序。第二步,運用想象進行“脫敏”訓練。首先從能引起你最輕度焦慮的情境開始想象。盡量逼真地想象當時的各種情景、面試官的表情和自己的內心體驗,一旦有身體的`緊張反應或內心的焦慮狀態出現,便用言語暗示“沉著”、“冷靜”、“停止緊張”,同時進行有規律的深呼吸,盡量放松肌肉,以減弱自身的緊張狀態,直至鎮定自若。然后想象第二個情境,依次進行訓練,最后達到想象最緊張的面試情景時,也能夠輕松自如。

      3.充分的自我認識和對面試過程的詳盡了解

      面試者既能充分地了解公務員面試的要求、題型、時間、地點、類型等等具體操作過程,做到心中有數;同時又能正確地評價自己,既相信自己的能力,又實事求是,不好高鶩遠,也不自輕自賤。這樣一來,面試前的焦慮自然會減輕。
