The internet--a double-edged sword
Internet is an international computer network connecting other networks and computers from companies, universities, etc. At present, Internet become a useful assistant for us. However, every coin has two sides , the Internet also has its own advantages and disadvantages.
On one hand, we benefit a lot from computers. We live in a message explosion times, we only need to sit in front of a computer or any other network terminal, to konw the latest things or to check any thing you don't know. The internet also help us save a lot of time. The message was transfered so fast and so vivid that we don't have to walk out or have a face to face meet to resolve some business. We can also make friends by internet.
On the other hand, the explosion messages were pushed to us whether you need it or not. So we have to spend a lot of time to figure out which one is a useful. We don't have to have a face to face talk most time, so we feel lonely and sometimes. More and more teenagers are addicted to virtual world and they all play computer games everyday they want, leading to a terrible result. The worst respect is that it grudually eat our health. We sit more and walk less, that caused backbone disease. The computer radiation affect our body, and so many disease are caused by it.
Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. I believe I can use the Internet very well as long as I know how to control myself.

隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在中國的普及，中國人對網(wǎng)絡的依賴性越來越大，網(wǎng)絡縮小了人與人之間的距離，而且還在不知不覺中改變著人們的觀念和生活方式。科技的發(fā)展使網(wǎng)上購物成為當今時代的寵兒，網(wǎng)上購物滿足消費者足不出戶的要求，價位低、選擇多、款式新成為拉動消費的動力;網(wǎng)絡商場包羅萬象，商品種類繁多，購買方便快捷，向消費市場散發(fā)著難以抵擋的誘惑。但是，種種諸如支付寶安全、交易誠信、貨品質量、配送服務等問題層出不窮。本人就網(wǎng)上購物問題展開了調查，探討網(wǎng)上購物的利與弊。
一、調查的情況
(一)網(wǎng)購人群比例：74%的網(wǎng)購消費者處于18-38年齡階段， 18歲以下的占13%。
(二)網(wǎng)購市場規(guī)模：達到4980億元，網(wǎng)購人數(shù)約為1.85億。
(三)網(wǎng)購覆蓋城市：全國
(四)網(wǎng)購選擇網(wǎng)站：淘寶網(wǎng)占70.8%，其它網(wǎng)站低于淘寶。
(五)網(wǎng)購滿意度：三分之二消費者認為產(chǎn)品差不多。
二、消費者網(wǎng)購的利與弊——利：
第一,網(wǎng)絡商品種類多。它包含各種產(chǎn)品，在傳統(tǒng)商店中，無論其店鋪空間有多大，它所能容納的商品都是有限的，而對于網(wǎng)絡來說，它是商品的展示平臺，是一種虛擬的空間，只要有商品，就可以通過網(wǎng)絡平臺進行展示，可以把各類知名品牌全部展示在上面，供消費者隨意選購。
第二,購物方便。傳統(tǒng)購物方式是在門市或大超市里.有營業(yè)時間的限制,要消費者親自前去購物,網(wǎng)上購物方式要靈活的多，客戶可以24小時隨時購買你所要的商品，網(wǎng)絡購物沒有地域性，不需要出門只需要客戶在家里打開網(wǎng)站，點擊鼠標就可以輕松購物，而且賣家負責送貨上門，在很短的時間內就可以完成。并且可以獲得較大量的商品信息，可以買到當?shù)貨]有的商品。而傳統(tǒng)的購物形式需要奔波與多家商店之間，給客戶增加了大量的時間人力物力財力的消耗。 第三,網(wǎng)上商品價格相對較低。網(wǎng)上的商品與傳統(tǒng)商場相比相對便宜，因為網(wǎng)絡可以省去很多傳統(tǒng)商場無法省去的相關費用，所以商品的附加費用很低，商品的價格也就低了。
第四,商品信息更新快。只要將新商品的圖片、介紹資料上傳到網(wǎng)上，或者對商品信息、價格進行修改，購買者就可以看到最新的商品信息了，而且立刻在全球范圍內統(tǒng)一更新。而在傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)中，購買者要看到新的商品，就要等到商家拿到商品，放置到貨架后才能夠看到。在修改商品信息或調整價格，特別是要在較大地域范圍內統(tǒng)一修改時，在時效性上傳統(tǒng)商店就更處下風了。
第五,商品容易查找。網(wǎng)絡商店基本都具有店內商品的分類、搜索功能，通過搜索，購買者可以很方便的找到需要的商品。而在傳統(tǒng)商店中，購買者尋找商品就需要用更多的時間和精力。 第六,交流。因為消費者網(wǎng)購時有時候不知道什么適合自己，自己到底想買什么類型的商品，或是什么品牌的比較信得過。就可以發(fā)貼詢問或者與客服聊天詢問，從而買到自己合適的產(chǎn)品。
綜上可以看出，網(wǎng)上購物突破了傳統(tǒng)購物的障礙，無論對消費者、企業(yè)還是市場都有著巨大的吸引力和影響力，在新經(jīng)濟時期無疑是達到“多贏”效果的理想模式。
網(wǎng)購弊端:
第一，交易對象認定的模糊性。明確交易對象對于消費者來說是非常重要的事情，這關系到法律責任的承擔問題。在傳統(tǒng)購物環(huán)境下交易對象非常明確，商店里掛的營業(yè)執(zhí)照就表明了經(jīng)營者的身份。一旦出了問題可以直接到原購物地點追究責任。但是在網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下，消費者只有通過經(jīng)營者網(wǎng)站中提供的信息了解對方，但是至于信息是否真實、對方到底是誰根本不清楚。 第二，商品信息描述不清。由于購買者對網(wǎng)絡上的商品的了解只能通過圖片和文描述來完成，而有些商品的描述語言模棱兩可，容易使人對商品的認識產(chǎn)生歧異。當購買者根據(jù)自己的理解完成網(wǎng)絡購物交易，拿到商品后，會投訴商品與自己訂購的不一致。與傳統(tǒng)購物相比，網(wǎng)絡購物退換商品是一件相對麻煩和有成本風險的事情。
第三，收貨太慢。盡管現(xiàn)在比以前的郵寄快了很多，但有時購買者還是要等上幾天，而且有態(tài)度極差的快遞公司，送一個快遞需要大半個月的時間，耽誤買者的寶貴時間。
第四，給消費者造成的問題：除了吃飯睡覺，幾乎都守在電腦旁邊，腰酸腿疼;沒事就去淘寶，每買一樣東西都要不停地比較，眼睛酸脹;幾乎每天都要買點東西，不然就會覺得手癢心癢，存款數(shù)額則直線下降。
第五，退貨困難。網(wǎng)上購得的貨物想要退掉并不是件容易的事，經(jīng)營者往往找種種理由拒絕退貨。有時甚至直接在格式合同中明文規(guī)定某些商品不得退貨。對于在退貨范圍內的商品，通過經(jīng)營者的規(guī)定看也根本無法退換。
第六，網(wǎng)上欺詐與虛假廣告。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術使得某些商家可通過匿名的方式躲避調查，利用監(jiān)管難度大、隱蔽性強、傳播快的特點侵犯消費者的權益而為自己牟利。
第七，售后服務差。有時網(wǎng)上購物的售后服務較差，有時商品出了問題經(jīng)營者能推則推，就算有售后服務也只是表面應付一下，許多問題根本得不到實質解決。
第八，泄露隱私權。這個問題是現(xiàn)在大家廣泛關注的問題，也是挑戰(zhàn)網(wǎng)絡安全的主要大敵。一些商家為了擴大銷售額，不惜將以前消費者的信息建立數(shù)據(jù)庫，根據(jù)其經(jīng)濟狀況、上網(wǎng)習慣等不停轟炸消費者的郵箱以推銷自己的產(chǎn)品;更有甚者，為了眼前的經(jīng)濟利益將消費者的信息賣給他人。此外，消費者的信用卡賬號、密碼被篡改、被盜也是常有的事。所有這些問題如果不能及時有效地解決，肯定會制約未來網(wǎng)上購物的進一步發(fā)展。
第九，付款不安全。雖然現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)上銀行很方便，但是從技術角度來說，目前部分網(wǎng)銀仍采用靜態(tài)密碼的.方式，很容易被“木馬”等病毒跟蹤到，存在風險。最近，銀行紛紛關注網(wǎng)上購物的安全性問題，而沸沸揚揚的賬戶被盜用事件中，也有不少用戶深受其害。
三、對網(wǎng)購風險防范的幾點建議
第一，建立合理的盈利發(fā)展模式。網(wǎng)上交易平臺的成功取決于用戶的成功,現(xiàn)在無論是淘寶網(wǎng)、拍拍網(wǎng)還是當當網(wǎng)都高舉免費服務的大旗招攬顧客,雖然他們的身后都有雄厚的資金支持,但是坐吃山必空,永久的免費策略不現(xiàn)實也沒必要。
第二，做好商品配送工作。應當建立覆蓋服務區(qū)域的物流體系，提供24小時免費送貨服務，貨到付款;售后服務方面，應當向消費者承諾認真貫徹《產(chǎn)品質量法》和《消費者權益保護法》，嚴格執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品退換貨制度。同時，應當詳細記錄交易信息，定期與顧客勾通，注意每筆交易的信用評價，及時處理商品質量問題。
第三，保護消費者隱私權。對于消費者隱私權問題，經(jīng)營者必須做到：首先，制定詳盡、到位的消費者隱私保護政策;其次，于網(wǎng)站上明確向消費者提示關于消費者個人資料的收集方式以及使用目的，并且承諾只在所申明的使用目的范圍內及消費者本人同意的情形下使用消費者個人資料;未經(jīng)消費者授權，不得將信息提供給第三人;最后，不得為營利目的隨意向消費者寄送電子郵件，但消費者同意的除外。
第四，加強信用保障和支付安全。首先,急需建立個人和企業(yè)完善的誠信體系和誠信查詢制度,以實現(xiàn)在可靠性基礎上進行的虛擬化交易。在登記身份的前提下開展網(wǎng)絡交易活動,對主體的行為產(chǎn)生一種監(jiān)督力量。其次,盡快建立我國統(tǒng)一的網(wǎng)上支付清算體系,加快我國網(wǎng)上支付工具的開發(fā)和應用,打擊網(wǎng)上金融犯罪行為、維護網(wǎng)上支付的正常秩序。再者,支付安全是網(wǎng)上購物發(fā)展面臨的首要問題。從而確保消費者更加放心的進行網(wǎng)上購物。
總之，網(wǎng)上購物是把雙刃劍，我們消費者應該權衡好其中的利弊，才能讓我們更加理性，愉快的進行消費。在維護自己利益的情況下也能更好地進化網(wǎng)購中所存在的不良問題。對于網(wǎng)絡購物存在的弊端，我們消費者應通過自己在網(wǎng)上多次購物的經(jīng)驗總結出些心得或者是將自己的體會分享給身邊購物的人，讓我們大家更加享受網(wǎng)上購物得樂趣。

網(wǎng)購快速興起最直接的原因之一就是方便了吧！畢竟誰也不想在勞累了一天后還要去街上購物，并且還要費力的搬回來。網(wǎng)上購物你只要需要鼠標一點或者屏幕一劃就購買了，還有專人給你送貨上門，而且可以多家比較。想當年沒有網(wǎng)購的時候，你買一件衣物免不了要貨比三家，滿城奔走，但現(xiàn)在你貨比n家，也就是十幾分鐘的事情。
